Possible DIY

I have recently given up cable and picked up Netflix and Hulu+. BTW I love them both. I've been going through watching shows I've heard about, but haven't seen yet. Today I've decided to watch Emily Owens, M.D.. I'm watching episode 9 and one of the characters is wearing this gorgeous navy blue coat with studded sleeves. It's very expensive, but might be a fun DIY. I think I'm going to look into another version of this coat. Make a shirt or something. It's great inspiration. Picture of the coat is below.
